Once you’ve gone through the idea stage, have done your research, and have a website up and running it’s time to start building attention and getting people to notice your business. Keep in mind this process takes a lot of time, energy, and work.

Here are 4 ways you can bring attention to your business:
- Live broadcasting – you have to get your message out there. Live broadcasting is not only a great way to get your message out there but it also allows strangers to really connect with you. Live video introduces the real you. Viewers can see through you if you are trying to pull a fast one.
- Guest blogging – offer to write guest blog posts. Find people looking for guest bloggers through Facebook groups, LinkedIn and other online groups. Not in a group? No problem. Check status updates in your regular newsfeeds and pay attention to what others are looking for.
- Podcasts interviews – next best thing to live video is audio. Podcasts are widely popular and a great way to gain exposure. Many post on Facebook groups that they are looking for people to interview. But don’t wait for a post to show up. Go browse the podcast section in iTunes and look for ones in your niche. Then research what they are looking for and reach out to them.
- Show up in FB groups – really engage in 3-5 Facebook groups. Make note of the themed days, check those days for content ideas and for connecting with others to provide value which in turn will bring you business later. Remember, you have to engage and build relationships before you can start selling.
