I’ll pay for good customer service. I’m loyal with my money if there’s another option that’s cheaper or works slightly better doesn’t matter to me if I’ve experienced stellar customer service from your company I’ll stay.
I requested to return a dress I ordered online because the pattern was different from what was shown in the photo. They immediately issued a refund and asked that I donate the dress. I would risk ordering from them again just because of how they handled the transaction, even though I wasn’t satisfied with the product!

Yes, I also offered referrals to all my clients, and all of the work I’ve done for them is available via Dropbox.
