Unlike simple carbs like WHITE rice, white breads, and processed foods. Hope that helps!

I’m 51 and always was able to avoid any type of sugar addiction, but about 4 years ago…sheeesh! It’s a battle. Some days I win, some days…consistency is my Everest and I don’t know enough about foods that turn into sugar once consumed. Yikes!
