Yes Chrissie. Weighted blankets are well known for helping with anxieties. So many adults have anxiety issues. I do as I have ptsd. Like I said in your poll, people with ptsd also have the same tricks….if you can call it that…. a smooth stone to feel…..a soft fabric etc. We can be compared to people with autism. I NEEEDDDDD a blanket! I know someone who makes them in USA but postage is crazy. You are onto a winner of you broaden your blankets to anxiety issues too.

It’s a great idea, but just as an alternative to a regular changing mat. I wouldn’t go out and buy it to replace what I have. The squirming really isn’t that big of an issue, but I would have chosen that over what I did buy just to keep hands off the public restroom’s changing table.
