Wait … Mindy, you’re in East Texas? I don’t think I ever registered that. lol Before we moved to San Francisco, hubs and I spent 8 years in Bryan/College Station … I used to trek to East Texas for work once in a while — Tyler, Longview, Nacodoches, etc ….
It was for the think about the customer experience…and how they can get in the speed line…vs. the got all day line. I love how you have it so easy on your site.
I think that you should have a game plan…for what if something goes wrong. And determining the difference between someone just complaining…and oh no…we really have an issue. Which should be an opportunity to make your product better…and not just a reaction to a complaint. Sometimes you are going to get haters…but sometimes you might just have a problem that needs addressing. And you should have a plan either way.
