    I am a recovering people pleaser- I use it to my advantage working with clients though! Helps me DELIVER! But then I have solid boundaries outside of that!

    I have to be VERY intentional about getting outside… I don’t do it enough! It’s one of my goals to get out in Nature more for 2020

    Before watching Tricia in a class, I didn’t know I was an empath and what that meant. I just thought I was crazy. Her tools have been a lifesaver for me
