Great podcast. I remember this lady and the negative reviews she got. I remember reading comments about her non delivery of products/services and saw the response video. To be honest whilst I felt a small amount of sympathy I didn’t buy her apology, it seemed false and she made herself look to be the victim. I hope she resolved it with her customers and can learn from it.
